Two years ago. I made a car accident with the wall. I took the Toyota car in the afternoon while my Mather was sleeping and my Father travelling. I played with their car for fun but I didn’t have licence adriving because I was under age. Suddenly I went out from a street because one of the wall. I didn’t understand what happened. After that I call my causin to help me with my big problem. I will never do that a gain

Hi,Publishing licenses are granted by the Ministry of Information. Business licenses with company formation in Qatar are only issued to Kuwaiti nationals and Kuwait companies.Thanks....
